The London 3 day is an all-new event for 2024, bringing olympic and world champions together. London 3 day is going to be a vibrant celebration of track cycling!

Races :
THE LIGHTNING
In this thrilling competition a member of the audience will go head to head against The Lightning. The member of the audience will get a half a lap head start and has to complete two laps before being caught by The Lightning. If they succeed they will be awarded £5000.
MADISONS
Welcome to the ultimate test of teamwork, technique and strategy, the Madison IS six day racing! This thrilling competition showcases the dynamic duo of cyclists, as they exchange positions in a high-speed ballet around the velodrome. Named after Madison Square Garden where it originated, this electrifying race demands concentration, speed, and stamina. Partners exchange with lightning fast hand slings, and timing is vital!
ELIMINATION
Get ready to witness the pulse-pounding intensity of the Elimination Race! In this adrenaline-charged competition, the action is at the back not just the front! Every two laps, the last rider to cross the finish line is eliminated, ramping up the stakes every 500 meters – and making for some epic racing.
POINTS RACE
Prepare for the exhilarating spectacle of the Points Race! Cyclists battle it out aiming to accumulate points throughout the race. Every sprint lap offers a chance to snatch valuable points towards their overall total, fueling the intensity as riders push their limits to stay ahead.
DERNY RACE
In this electrifying competition, cyclists follow closely behind motorised ‘derny’ bikes, reaching hair-raising speeds as they draft in their slipstream. You can feel the speed, you can hear the speed, you can smell the speed! And your derny driver is as much a part of your race as you are.
THE OVERALL
The battle to be the inaugural London 3 Day Champion! With 32 riders forming 16 two-rider teams, the stakes are sky-high as they battle it out. Points pile up with each sprint, each race, each victory, but gaining laps within the races will really move you up the rankings, and each time a teams total reaches the 100 points mark, they get a bonus lap.
