Tour du Jura Cycliste 2022 – Champagnole – Nozeroy : 169,8 km
Up until last year, the Tour du Jura was a multi-day race which took place over the unforgiving, hilly terrain in the Jura Mountains. The race still takes place in this region, but the format has now been changed from a stage race to a one-day race. The Tour du Jura hosted its first edition back in 2006 when its organisers, Jura Cyclisme Pays du Revermont, decided to create an offshoot of the Tour du Revermont. The race was a popular hit with the locals, but it wasn’t until 2017 that it was recognised by the UCI and assigned a 2.2 status.
