The Swiss Bike Cup has existed under various names since 1994. Human Sports Management AG owns all rights since the 2016 season. The national racing series directly below the World Cup is the talent factory of Swiss MTB sport and regularly attracts international stars.
The Basel Bike Festival is one of the most visited bike festivals in Switzerland and the venue for the fifth CIC Swiss Bike Cup of the 2024 season. The diverse Bike Expo and numerous side events attract thousands of bike fans to a horse racecourse, the Schänzli. The F1 mountain bike track reliably ensures tactical, highly exciting races with tight decisions.
