Clasica de Almeria 2017– Almería – Roquetas de Mar – 190,9 km
The Clásica de Almería (English: Classic of Almería) is a single-day road bicycle race held annually in March in Almería, Spain, starting and finishing in Almería itself. Since 2005, the race is organised as a 1.1 event on the UCI Europe Tour. Established in 1986, the race was run as an amateur event in its first six years. In 1992, it became fully professional.
Magnus Cort Nielsen (Orica-Scott) scored his second win of the 2017 season at the Clasica de Almeria in Spain. The Dansih rider won the field sprint ahead of Rüdiger Selig (Bora-Hansgrohe) and Jens Debusschere (Lotto Soudal) after the bunch bright back a three-rider breakaway.
